Processing Times

Orders ship within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri, Eastern standard time).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

During monthly capsule drops, please allow an extra 1–2 business days due to volume.
Shipping Options & Rates (US)

Standard (2–5 business days): Calculated at checkout.

Expedited (1–3 business days): Calculated at checkout.

Carriers: USPS/UPS/FedEx (selected automatically for the best rate and speed).
International Shipping

Available to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Duties & Taxes: Determined by your country and paid by the customer upon delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.
Address Changes & Order Edits

Enter your address carefully. Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee edits.

If you spot an error, email bodybymarg@gmail.com with subject “URGENT: Address Update + Order #[number]”. We’ll do our best if the package hasn’t shipped.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Stolen)

Marked “Delivered” but not there? First check with neighbors, building management, and your local carrier.

If still missing after 2 business days, contact bodybymarg@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Stolen packages: Sinderella isn’t responsible for theft after carrier delivery. We recommend choosing a secure address, using a pickup location, or adding Shipping Protection at checkout when available.

Lost in transit: We’ll assist with a carrier investigation and next steps.
Undeliverable / Returned-to-Sender

Packages returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal can be reshipped (new shipping fee applies) or refunded minus shipping costs to the original payment method, provided items are in original condition.
Holiday & Drop Periods

Carrier networks can experience delays during holidays and monthly capsule drops. We’ll ship fast, but transit times may extend beyond estimates.

Processing time is separate from transit time.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order ships.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes for expedited options (standard may be available).
